Our cutting-to-size service will make your assembly process hassle-free. We can cut solid timber, plywood, particle board, Perspex, composite and glass to size. Our CNC machine can add boring and drilling of your flat pack kitchen components.
For projects requiring neat mitre join angles, our mitre cutting and mitre joining services are essential. We can create perfect mitre cuts for frames, panels, mouldings, and trim work, ensuring tight and accurate joints that enhance the overall quality of your project.
Ripping Timber to Sized Pieces
We saw large timber slabs into perfectly sized parts. Our large-scale ripping machines can handle

High Volume Sanding with Wide Belt Sander

Wood Turning with Lathes

Profiling, Moulding, and Shaping

Matching Existing or Heritage Profiles. Custom mouldings.

Routing and dressing of raw timber
We can dress / plane large pieces of timber such as beams and wooden slabs. This will make them perfectly flat and ready for further processing or use in your projects such as table and bar tops. Our thicknesser can machine each timber piece up to 63cm wide, to the correct thickness and squareness.
Routing of custom kitchen doors such as shaker doors for your flat pack kitchens can also be done in-house at Lemlex Joinery.
Sign Writing
